Singapore Student's Pass Application

Student Visa Application – Application as usual, required additional entry permission from the Ministry of Education or Committee for Private Education.

Entry Approval by Ministry of Education (MOE)

In Addition To Obtaining The Student’s Pass Or Student’s Pass In-Principle Approval From The ICA (Refer To Page 7 Of Registration Guide For Undergraduate Students), International Students Will Also Need To Obtain Approval From The Ministry Of Education (MOE) Before They Commence Their Journey To Singapore. Each Application Will Be Assessed By MOE On A Case-By-Case Basis, And Approval Is Not Guaranteed.

University Application – Singapore universities are now processing applications for 2020 and 2021 admission entries as normal.

Study Mode – Classes will be delivered through a mix of face-to-face-learning and distance learning.
